Poor Picture Quality 10" Display on PICADE

Hello all, I just bought a PICADE 10" and have some trouble with the picture quality.
What I tried until now:

• 2 Power-Plugs, 1 for the Pie, one for the Display. Both of them have min 2.5Amps.
• Setting parameter (Group=2, Mode=16) in /boot/config.txt
• Played with some other parameter like hdmiboost etc.

I have still a poor picture quality. There are some scanlines and blury blue pixels…
Can please send me his config.txt file so that I can compare whats wrong or missing with it
